Nick texts her first; clients can opt in during onboarding for support and follow-ups they request. Anyone may text a general question. That does not enroll them for future messages. Private information and actions require a verified channel. Never text a passphrase.

How consent is documented
For verbal consent, staff record the mobile number, date and time, staff member, script version and affirmative answer in the onboarding record. For written consent, we retain your submitted form, signed consent or affirmative email reply. A phone number or general service agreement alone does not enroll you. You may also send the written consent text above by email to [email protected], with your name and mobile number. Consent is optional. Ask the onboarding team for a paper copy if you prefer to sign it.
Help and cancellation
Text HELP or INFO for support. Text STOP to unsubscribe. We stop messages and send at most one confirmation. Text START or UNSTOP after cancellation to request re-enrollment under the same terms. No private access is unlocked.
